Aunt Benny cafe on Jessnerstraße around the corner from the Frankfurter Allee station, gives off a quaint, simplistic and fresh feel and offers a diverse menu of sandwiches, bagels, mini quiches and salads not to mention their fabulous selection of baked treats made on the premises. You can even order cakes to take home!
A nice touch is that even though you are welcome to bring your computer in to work whilst you eat and drink, Aunt Benny asks if you would refrain from bringing your laptop in on the weekend. And please bring cash, no card payments here.
Even though this cafe is off the main street it can get quite busy, but the food is worth it and the coffee is great. A great place to eat, meet a friend and chill out.
Newly opened next door is the very cool Aunt Benny's bar, 'The Antlered Bunny' where you can order cocktails, short or long drinks and wines open from 6pm-2am Tuesday to Friday and from 1pm-2am on the weekends.
